To be one of the 13 Goddesses is to step into an ancient current and become a living myth carried through time by drum, dance, & song.

 

What will the 13 Goddesses be doing?​

The 13 Goddesses will open our Saturday night Women's Primal Drumming Ceremony with primal, blooming rite and ritual: a seven-minute offering to declare Goddess Danu's presence and the beginning of our experience together.​

​

Together with Katie, the Goddesses will create an intuitive, flowing 7-minute ritual theater performance capturing the essence and energy of the experience. We are declaring the opening of ceremony. This is a transmission and not a memorized performance.

This invitation is for any woman who is ready to offer the pure essence of herself, to move energy through the lens of Goddess Dana and the old myths, and serve as a microcosmic model of what will follow in the Women's Primal Drumming Ceremony.

*No experience is necessary. We will be drumming, singing, moving, and creating ritual ART.

 

May we tap into THE ARTISTRY OF OUR SHADOW to bring forth a transmission of prismatic light into full bloom.

May we invoke the spirit of women as the original drummers and our ancient souls through myth and remembrance.​​

Attire: 

For the transmission, each Goddess is asked to wear solid jewel-toned garments and gold jewelry/headdresses.​

 

**REQUIRED Rehearsal**

We meet PROMPTLY from 11am-12:30pm FRIDAY as the gates open at the venue. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
