4-Week Tea & Djembe In-Person Class

Wednesday August 2, 9, 16, and 23

Time to come together again for learning, Miami friends-this time with tea!

It’s time for Tea & Djembe, a four-week, in-person (online optional) container of peaceful space and empowered learning in my Miami home.

As inspired by my friend Jesicca, we will begin each class with beautiful tea blends to ground us into the moment and allow for expansion into peace before we begin.

Think deep breaths and cozy vibes.

This will be followed by djembe class for emotional release, technical learning, community bonding, and personal empowerment so you feel ready to go out into the world and express in the ways you desire to.

So if you’ve been desiring to learn to hand-drum and share yourself with confidence, whether at a jam, drum circle, or in your own home, I’m here for you!

The four weeks will consist of:

Intuitive Drumming

Vocal Release

Song and Drum

Planned Rhythms

Solo Opportunities

Mouth and Body Percussion

Drumming for Meditation and Trance

And more :)

Classes are August 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 7:30-9pm at The Primal Power House in Little Havana, Miami just west of Brickell.

And if you can’t make it in person, I will be offering an online live-streamed version of the class :).
