Drum & Song Forest Day-Retreat: A Healing Journey of Sound, Nature, and Connection
Step into the embrace of Mother Earth for a transformative day at our Drum & Song Forest Day-Retreat. This immersive experience will guide you on a soulful journey of frequency healing, sound, and connection with Mother Earth. Through forest bathing, sound healing, primal drumming, vocal activation, and community bonding, we will come together to rejuvenate our spirits, awaken our voices, and reconnect with our inner children.
The retreat invites you to tap into oneness, reconnect with your primal nature, and embrace the wisdom of the Earth as we engage in a variety of restorative and joyous activities. Whether you are seeking personal healing, a creative boost, or simply a deeper connection with nature, this day is a sanctuary for your soul.
What to Expect:
Forest Bathing:Â Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the forest as we practice Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese art of forest bathing. Feel the stress melt away as you connect deeply with the trees, the earth, and the natural world around you.
Guided Plant Walk & Tea Harvesting: Experience the healing power of the plants around us. We’ll explore the surrounding forest, identify local herbs and plants, and harvest them for a sacred tea ceremony where we drink together the gifts of the land, grounding ourselves in the wisdom of nature.
Primal Drumming Circle and Drum Classes:Â Tap into the ancient rhythms of the earth as we gather in a primal drumming circle. The beats of the drum will help you reconnect with your body, release blockages, and awaken your inner wildness, inviting deep healing and transformation.
Vocal Activation & Sound Healing: Unlock your voice and its healing potential in a vocal activation session. Through sound, chant, and song, we will activate our energy centers, clear emotional blockages, and open ourselves to greater self-expression, guided by the power of sound healing.
Organic, Nourishing Food: Enjoy delicious, organic, and locally sourced food prepared with love and care. Our meals will be a celebration of nature’s bounty, designed to nourish you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Bring additional snacks to share if desired.
Community Connection & Sharing:Â This retreat is an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. Share stories, songs, and experiences as we heal together, support one another, and honor the sacred circle of community.
Healing with Mother Earth:Â Through each activity, we will honor Mother Earth, grounding ourselves in her wisdom and energy. Our connection with the natural world and our inner children will restore balance, peace, and joy, fostering a deep sense of healing and belonging.
Benefits of the Retreat:
