Rhythm Around the World: The 3-Hour Learning Immersive

Drop into an evening of rhythmic learning and heart opening with Katie Berns Lee of Drum Temple and Ali Kartalsuna of Tribal Galaxy as they guide you through activation, inner understanding, and musical play.

If you've been desiring an immersive learning experience to reconnect to the primordial hearbeat, please join us Sunday March 16th from 6-9pm at Tribal Galaxy.

The evening will begin with tea ceremony and a meditative dropping in.

We will continue with energetic activation, breath, and body percussion before learning rhythms from West Africa and the Middle East in rotating groups.

At the end of the experience, we will combine all learned rhythms into an experience of flow and celebration.

We will conclude with integration discussion, and expansion into the newness we've created as the result of dropping into heart-centered rhythm.
