Tea & Djembe 4-Week Meditation & Learning Series (Miami)

It's time for Drum Temple's favorited 4-week series, this time in collaboration with Susan the Sage.

Traditional tea ceremony & meditation are powerful gateways that can open us to inspired, intuitive, connected learning.

Opening tea & meditation will be guided by Susan.

Katie of Drum Temple will instruct on the West African djembe, sharing about intuitive drumming, activating the heart & ancestral spirit, & how to play with proper technique.

She will guide you to inner rhythm through vocal entrainment, somatic drop-ins, & technical training. We will review traditional West African rhythms, rhythms to accompany medicine music, & rhythms from other parts of the world adapted for the djembe.

In this series you will:

•. Train your body and heart to drum

•. Reconnect with the aliveness of community drumming in an intimate space
